Privacy Policy

How SocialMedia Contact collects, uses and protects personal data.

1. Who controls your data

SocialMedia Contact is operated by Archura Digital Solutions AB, Sweden (company no. 5594803529). Archura is the controller for account, billing, security and product-usage data. When you answer a creator's or business's form, that form owner is normally the controller and Archura processes the response on their behalf.

2. Data we collect

  • Account and identity details, including name, email, profile image and sign-in provider.
  • Profiles, forms, enquiries, notes, tasks, tags and uploaded files.
  • Plan, invoice and Stripe customer identifiers; we do not store full card numbers.
  • IP address, browser/device details, timestamps, security logs and consent evidence.

3. Why we process it

We process data to provide the contract, authenticate users, operate forms and follow-ups, manage billing, provide support, prevent abuse, meet legal duties and—only with permission—measure product usage or send marketing. The legal basis depends on the activity and may be contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests or consent.

4. Providers and international transfers

We use Google Firebase/Google Cloud for infrastructure, Stripe for payments and configured email providers for delivery. Where data leaves the EEA, we rely on applicable adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or another valid transfer mechanism.

5. Retention, children and security

Account data is kept while the account is active; financial records follow legal retention periods. Form owners choose enquiry retention periods. The service is not directed to children. A form owner collecting children's data must obtain valid guardian authority and minimise collection. We use TLS, access rules, secret management, restricted file access, audit logs and data minimisation.

6. Your rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability or withdrawal of consent, and may complain to a supervisory authority. For an enquiry submitted to a customer's form, contacting that form owner is usually the fastest route.
