Terms of Service

The rules, responsibilities and commercial terms for using SocialMedia Contact.

1. Agreement and service

These terms form an agreement between you and Archura Digital Solutions AB. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm authority to bind it. SocialMedia Contact provides public profiles, forms, enquiry management, tasks, calendars, analytics and related cloud features.

2. Your responsibilities

You must protect your account, provide lawful notices and legal grounds for data you collect, answer data-subject requests, minimise sensitive data and obtain any required guardian authority for children's data. You may not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, abusive, phishing, malware, spam, rights-infringing or security-bypassing activity.

3. Plans, renewal and cancellation

Prices, currencies and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew until cancelled and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. A lifetime or founder plan means access for the commercial lifetime of the service, subject to stated fair-use limits; it is not a promise of unlimited resources or perpetual company operation.

4. Content and intellectual property

You keep ownership of your content and grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display it. The service, software, design and SocialMedia Contact brand belong to Archura or its licensors.

5. Availability, liability and termination

We provide the service with reasonable care but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude indirect loss and limit aggregate liability to fees paid in the previous 12 months. This does not limit liability that law does not allow us to exclude. We may restrict accounts for security risks, prohibited use, non-payment or legal necessity, with notice where reasonably possible.

6. Governing law

Subject to mandatory consumer protections, Swedish law applies and unresolved commercial disputes are subject to Swedish courts.
